Description of Service

Tapnify helps people create a page for their online presence. Features available to an account depend on the selected plan and the services enabled for that account.

• Personalize your public page at tap.li/yourname.
• Share products, offers, and event information where those tools are available.

User Accounts

Use accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support promptly.

Acceptable Use Policy

Use Tapnify lawfully and respect other people. We may limit content or accounts that harm the platform or its users.

• Do not publish fraud, threats, harassment, or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate others or infringe their rights.
• Do not distribute malware, spam, or attempts to access another account.

Child Safety Standards

Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited in every form. Do not upload, request, share, or link to abusive material. Read the Child Safety Standards for reporting guidance.

AI Creator Chats

AI tools, where offered, generate automated responses that may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for content and decisions based on it. Do not enter sensitive information that is unnecessary for the interaction.

Subscription Plans

Review the price, billing period, renewal terms, and limits displayed before purchase. A plan change may affect the features available to your account. Cancellation and refund requests follow the published Refund Policy.

Digital Content

Creators must have permission to sell the content they offer and explain the format, access requirements, and permitted use. Buyers receive only the rights stated in the listing; a purchase does not transfer copyright unless expressly agreed.

Physical Goods

The seller is responsible for accurate descriptions, product quality, fulfillment, delivery, and customer support. Shipping, returns, and any additional costs must be explained before purchase.

Seller Verification

Certain selling or payment features may require identity or business verification. Provide truthful information through the designated process. Verification does not make Tapnify the seller or a guarantor of a product.

Event Ticketing

Organizers determine event details, entry rules, and cancellation terms. Buyers should review them before paying. Organizers are responsible for communicating changes and fulfilling their obligations to ticket holders.

Payment Processing

Payment methods, currencies, processing fees, verification, and payout timing depend on the enabled provider and are shown in the relevant transaction flow. Do not assume a payment or payout is complete until it is confirmed.

Content Ownership and License

You retain rights to your original content. By publishing it, you allow Tapnify to store, format, and display it as needed to provide the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work.

Third-Party Services

External websites and connected services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using an integration or following a payment or content link.

Account Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

Service Availability

Features can change and temporary interruptions may occur. Keep copies of content that matters to you. Any specific service commitment must be stated in the applicable plan or agreement.

Responsibility and Liability

Each party is responsible for its own actions under applicable law. Tapnify does not take responsibility for a creator’s independent statements, goods, or services merely by hosting their page. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law in Uzbekistan. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to This Policy

The current version is published on tapnify.com. Material changes will be described on the website or through the account contact details where appropriate.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms work together with the policies and purchase conditions linked to the service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
