Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
1. Scope and Application
These standards apply to content, links, profiles, listings, and communications on Tapnify, including public pages on tap.li. They protect anyone under 18 from sexual abuse and exploitation.
2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Exploitation
Child sexual abuse material and any facilitation of child sexual exploitation are prohibited. This includes synthetic material and links to prohibited content.
- Do not create, upload, request, sell, or distribute abusive material.
- Grooming, sexual coercion, trafficking, and sexualized contact with children are prohibited.
- Do not use AI tools to create or promote sexual exploitation of minors.
3. Reporting a Concern
Report a suspected violation to support@tapnify.com with the public page URL and a short description. Do not download, attach, or forward suspected abuse material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authorities.
4. Review, Removal, and Account Action
Reports should be reviewed with child safety as a priority. Content or accounts may be restricted during review, and confirmed prohibited material may be removed. Records may be preserved when necessary for an investigation or legal obligation.
5. Applicable Law and Authority Requests
Tapnify’s handling of reports and lawful authority requests is subject to applicable requirements in Uzbekistan. Information may be preserved or provided to competent authorities when legally required.
6. Age and Privacy
Users must meet the age and consent requirements stated during registration and required by applicable law. Do not publish a child’s private contact information or other sensitive details. Parents and guardians can contact support about a concern.
7. Child Safety Contact
Use support@tapnify.com and include “Child Safety” in your subject. Share only the information needed to locate and assess the concern. Never send suspected abuse material itself.
