Reduce Confusion Around Payment Screenshots and Order Confirmation
2 min readSeptember 2026
The practical idea
A screenshot is not the same as a confirmed payment record. Define how orders are verified and tell customers when they will receive confirmation.
Payment clarity starts before checkout. Customers in Uzbekistan need to see the payable amount, currency, seller contact, and what happens after payment.
Before you start
Check a payment provider’s current onboarding requirements, supported currencies, fees, settlement timing, and refund tools directly with the provider.
A simple working plan
- Show the final UZS amount where applicable and disclose additional charges before confirmation.
- Use a provider-hosted checkout; never ask buyers to send card credentials in chat.
- Confirm paid status through the provider and show a receipt or order reference.
Check before you share
Test successful, cancelled, and failed payments. A payment button alone does not establish an integration: verify the connection and refund procedure before launch.
